Mr. Pristine LLC – Exterior Cleaning Experts · Effective Date: March 10, 2025
Welcome to Mr. Pristine LLC. By scheduling or purchasing any of our services, or by opting in to receive text message updates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure a transparent, professional, and respectful relationship between our team and valued customers.
1. Services Offered
Mr. Pristine LLC provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Roof Cleaning
- Soft Washing
- Pressure Washing
- Gutter Cleaning
- Window Cleaning (Interior & Exterior)
- Solar Panel Cleaning
- Maintenance Plans
We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where safety, legality, or practicality is in question.
2. Scheduling & Estimates
- Appointments may be scheduled via phone, text message, online, or in person.
- Estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
- Scheduling is subject to availability. Clients are expected to be available at the scheduled time unless advance notice is provided.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- A $50 fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Major credit/debit cards
- Bank transfer
- Digital invoice (via email or SMS link)
Late payments may incur a 5% weekly late fee. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
5. Service Conditions
The customer must provide safe, clear access to the work area (remove obstructions, pets secured, etc.).
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Damage caused by deteriorated materials or surfaces
- Water intrusion due to compromised window/door seals
Customers are responsible for disclosing known vulnerabilities (e.g., cracked windows, loose shingles).
6. Weather Policy
Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. If services cannot be completed safely due to rain, snow, or extreme conditions, Mr. Pristine reserves the right to reschedule.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion. We will re-inspect the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean or corrective action at no additional cost.
8. Photography & Marketing
- We may take before-and-after photos or videos of your property for internal documentation and promotional purposes.
- Identifiable details (e.g., address, license plates) will not be shared publicly without permission.
- Testimonials may be used unless otherwise requested.
9. Insurance & Licensing
Mr. Pristine LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State.

- BBB Accredited since March 2024.
10. Liability
Mr. Pristine is not liable for:
- Damage to compromised materials
- Hidden or pre-existing conditions
- Issues reported after 48 hours of service completion
11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
You can call or text us at (360) 302-2209 to request an estimate, schedule service, or get help. By providing your mobile number — through a form on our Website, by texting us directly, or by checking an SMS opt-in box — you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Mr. Pristine LLC at that number. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, billing notices, and occasional promotional offers.
The following disclosures apply to every SMS/MMS communication between you and Mr. Pristine LLC:
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages (except any legally required notices).
- Reply HELP for help. You will receive an automated reply with instructions, or you can call us at (360) 302-2209.
- Message frequency varies based on the status of your service and any active promotions.
- Message & data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to each message sent or received. Mr. Pristine LLC is not responsible for carrier fees.
No mobile information sharing. Mr. Pristine LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who receive your mobile number are the service providers that are strictly necessary to deliver our messages to you (such as our CRM and SMS carrier partners, e.g., House Call Pro and their messaging provider). This category of “no sharing” for SMS opt-in data also excludes any disclosure required by law.
