• Pane pricing ranges from $4 to $10 per pane, depending on:

  • The size and accessibility of the pane

  • Any special conditions such as hard water stains or excessive buildup

For clarity, here’s a look at our most common pricing:

• Exterior-only cleaning: Around $6-7 per pane

• Interior + exterior cleaning: An additional $4-5 per pane

How much does roof cleaning cost?

Well, we offer two effective roof cleaning options: Soft Wash (algaecide treatment) and Zinc Treatment, each priced based on your roof’s specific needs.

Soft Wash (Algaecide Spray Treatment)

This method uses a specially formulated algaecide spray to kill and treat moss, algae, and organic growth at the root. No pressure washing involved.

• Best for: Heavily stained or moss-covered composite/asphalt roofs

• Price range: $0.30–$0.45 per sq ft

• Example: A 2,000 sq ft roof typically costs $600–$900

Zinc Treatment (Preventative Application)

Zinc is applied to inhibit future moss and algae growth. It works gradually over time, especially after a cleaning or in low-growth areas.

• Best for: Light moss, prevention, or maintenance

• Price range: $0.20–$0.30 per sq ft

• Example: A 2,000 sq ft roof would cost $400–$600
