Since we send SMS/MMS text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, promotions) through GHL (which routes messages via Twilio’s A2P 10DLC network), we must comply with carrier requirements:
5.1. Opt-In & Consent
-
By providing your mobile phone number via our Website form (and checking the “I agree to receive SMS alerts” box) or by texting our business number with a designated keyword, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS/MMS messages from Mr. Pristine Exterior Cleaning.
-
You represent that you are the authorized user of the phone number you provide and that you agree to be charged any carrier messaging fees (message and data rates may apply).
5.2. Types of SMS/MMS Messages
-
Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service-status updates, billing notifications.
-
Promotional Messages: Seasonal discounts, referral incentives, special offers, survey/review requests.
5.3. Message Frequency & Rates
-
In general, you may receive up to 4 SMS/MMS messages per calendar month. During peak promotional periods (e.g., spring/fall specials), you might receive up to 6 messages per month, but never more than 6 without your renewed consent.
-

5.4. Opt-Out (“STOP”)
-
To opt out of receiving future SMS/MMS messages, simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation text (“You have been unsubscribed”) and then no further promotional or transactional messages will be sent to that number (except legally required notices).
-
After opting out, if you wish to opt back in, you may text “START” to our business number or re-submit your phone number via our Website form and check the relevant SMS opt-in box.
5.5. Help (“HELP”)
-
For assistance regarding SMS/MMS messaging, reply “HELP” to any message from us. You will receive an automated message with instructions on how to contact customer support (e.g., call (360) 813-8171 or email joshdarrow@mrpristinecleaning.com).
5.6. Third-Party SMS Providers & Carrier Sharing

We partner with Go High Level (GHL) as our primary CRM and messaging platform. GHL leverages Twilio’s A2P 10DLC network to deliver text messages. By opting in, you authorize us to share your phone number and opt-in status with GHL/Twilio solely for message delivery.
-
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any party outside of those strictly necessary for message delivery (i.e., GHL/Twilio).
